01 Our bread and butter

Weddings

You tell us what you want and we build it. Cash bar, open bar, or a mix of the two. Arrival drinks, a menu with your names on it, staff who know when to step forward and when to disappear. We serve regularly at Carrick Castle.

Hen & Stag Do's

Cocktail masterclasses, party games and a fully stocked mobile bar to keep the night going.

Corporate & Concerts

Professional bar staff, premium glassware and a menu built for your event. We take the drinks off your hands entirely.

Cocktail Masterclasses

Everyone gets involved. Learn to make your favourites, then invent your own. If it's good enough, it goes on the Coast Bar menu.

Charity Events

We work with charities, non-profits and community groups to raise money in style.

Private Parties

Birthdays, engagements, graduations, or no particular reason at all.

Tell us about your event

We don't do set packages.

Most mobile bars hand you three tiers and ask you to pick one. We don't. You tell us what the event is, how many are coming and what you want them drinking, and we build it around that.

That's why there's no price list here. There's a conversation instead, and it takes about ten minutes.

No two events should look, or taste, the same.

How it runs

Three steps, and none of them are yours.

You tell us about it

Date, place, how many people, what sort of night it is. Two minutes on the form, or a phone call if you'd rather.

We build the bar around it

A drinks menu written for your event, the right staff numbers, the glassware, the licence and the insurance. You approve it.

We turn up and run it

We arrive, we set up, we serve all night, and we clear up after. You're a guest at your own event.

Full bar service for their candlelight string quartet concerts.

  • Trading since August 2024, across the whole of Scotland. Highlands, Borders, and everywhere in between.
  • Personal licence held. Public liability insurance in place.
